Not long after Cheltenham and the Grand National appears on the scene starting on Thursday. Remember, look out for fancied runners who ran at Cheltenham and failed or went close for various reasons.

Aintree is a flatter track and will suit certain types. Also look for those who fell early on and came out of the race in good shape and without injury. Remember, they will have plenty in reserve not having completed the demanding Cheltenham course.

Here is a list of horses to watch out for. At the time of writing I’m not sure which ones will be going for Aintree or what races they will be entered in so I found it easier just to list them in alphabetical order and therefore just check the runners index everyday at https://www.racingpost.com/racecards/runners-index to see what races if any they are entered in.

It’s a huge lottery as you know so stake with caution and take your pick.

Testing Pod Bits & Bobs..

My Testing Pod is becoming increasing popular not least because of the success of the recently launched Quick On The Draw strategy. The current ‘Against The Double’ Lay method is suffering from a knock back every time we approach the double figure profit mark. However that’s the nature of things when testing strategies in early development, especially those focused on low risk gains from relatively small betting banks. Let’s hope we can smash the double figure profit mark soon.

New Testing Pod Trial Starting Soon…

My new Testing Pod trial is of a different nature whereby it’s a value for money approach with tips supplied by someone who I know works with real professionals who know their stuff and make some bumper profits from racing. For now let’s call him the Racing Informer.

This is not a product in development as such, however I still want to see how it goes on the Testing Pod to see whether it appeals to any readers, which no doubt it will if you’ve seen what I’ve seen.

This will begin in the Testing Pod on Thursday 15th April so keep one eye open for that.

New Trials…

No new trial lined up at present but I’m on the case. So if there’s anything you wish to see trialed then do drop me an email at: [email protected].
